This Neighborhood Network is organized by local volunteers who care about keeping our area safe, informed, and connected. Each “pocket” has one or more neighborhood leads who share updates, help organize communication, and can serve as a liaison between residents and local agencies like the City, Fire Department, and Sheriff’s office.
Just neighbors looking out for one another.
The email loop is our main way of staying connected as a neighborhood. It’s meant for sharing useful updates, asking for help, and keeping each other informed — not for garage sales, ads, or general promotions. Think of it as a friendly, local notice board where messages should be helpful, relevant, and neighborly.
We have one main email loop for all the participating neighborhood pockets.
If you added your email address to a directory, you will be included in the email loop.
You’ll automatically receive notices sent to the group email: watch@lcf.community
You can reply to messages to share info or ask questions (keep it relevant and kind).
Please limit messages to local safety, community, or neighborhood topics.
Send an email to watch@lcf.community to communicate with everyone.
If you stop receiving updates, check your spam folder or email help@lcf.community to confirm you’re on the list.
For ease of use, our neighborhood directories are private but not password-protected — they aren’t listed on search engines, but anyone with the link can view them. Please keep this in mind and avoid sharing these links publicly. If you notice a neighbor is missing from the directory, feel free to invite them to add their own information. Let’s avoid adding other people’s details on their behalf — everyone should have the choice to opt in.
Our private directory helps neighbors stay connected and allows co-leads to reach everyone quickly when needed for critical alerts.
To update your listing:
Open the directory (Google Sheet) and leave a comment on your row with any updates or new information. A neighborhood lead will update the field for you.
All of our directories can be found on the homepage.
If you’re not listed yet but within the boundaries, email help@lcf.community with your name, address, and preferred contact details.
Let us know if you’d like to be listed as a co-lead for your area.
You can opt out of public listings anytime — information is only shared here.
Keeping your information current ensures the right people can reach you during emergencies or important neighborhood updates.
Neighborhood Watch is more than casual vigilance — it’s a community-driven partnership connecting residents and local agencies to foster safer and stronger neighborhoods. The City driven program works hand-in-hand with the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station and our Community Liaison Officer share informative updates on evolving local crime trends, how to report suspicios behavior, and practical home-safety tips.
By combining local knowledge, shared communication, and structured support from local agencies, neighborhood watch groups help improve safety, strengthen trust among neighbors, and improve the quality of life for everyone involved.
Our private directory helps neighbors stay connected and allows co-leads to reach everyone quickly when needed for critical alerts.
A well-connected neighborhood can:
Respond faster during emergencies — from wildfires and power shutoffs to incidents like the Eaton fire.
Advocate effectively for local needs — such as traffic safety, emergency resources, and city attention on key issues.
Share timely, reliable info — helping prevent confusion and rumor during critical events.
Deter and solve local crime — by improving communication with deputies and neighbors.
Strengthen community bonds — turning proximity into partnership and ensuring everyone feels supported.
If you’re unsure about how to update your information or use any part of the site, we’re happy to help. Just email help@lcf.community anytime, and a neighborhood lead will get back to you soon.
